Warranty Information

You may return your purchase within 30 days with no hassle.

If you register your product within 30 days of purchase, the warranty covers 12 months from the order date.

Products replaced under the warranty do not require re-registration — they will continue to be covered under the original order’s warranty period.

Eligibility for Warranty replacement :

You may request a replacement under warranty in the following cases:

  1. The product was damaged during shipping, and you can provide order details along with proof of damage
  2. The product differs from its description in one or more ways
  3. The product defect renders it unusable, provided the defect was not caused by misuse, mishandling, intentional damage, or force majeure.

Warranty coverage:

  1. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  2. Any repairs or servicing within the warranty period must be performed by authorized personnel only
  3. If inspection reveals any man-made physical damage or misuse, the warranty will be void
  4. The maximum claim amount is limited to the original purchase price, supported by proof of purchase
  5. If, during the warranty period, unforeseen circumstances prevent replacement parts from being supplied, a commercial solution will be offered in line with the company’s current depreciation policy, which will be binding for the customer

Warranty exclusions:

Warranty does not apply to:

  1. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, second-hand markets, or counterfeit outlets
  2. Purchases intended for resale
  3. Anyone other than the original buyer
  4. Orders that have already been replaced or refunded free of charge
  5. Damage resulting from abuse, accidents, misuse, water exposure, flood, fire, or other external causes
  6. Damage due to improper installation, mishandling, or failure to follow manuals or instructions
  7. Unauthorized modifications or disassembly not consistent with instructions
  8. Repairs or servicing carried out by unauthorized individuals or companies
  9. Alterations to circuits, improper or incompatible use of batteries or chargers
  10. Issues with compatibility or reliability caused by unauthorized third-party components
  11. Loss of the product itself or corruption/loss of data
  12. Any software, whether included with the product or installed later
  13. We also reserve the right to decline warranty service for any product or service obtained or used in violation of applicable laws
